Transporting to/from if needed
We'll assist with scheduling routine/preventative medical appointments; coordinating transportation to/from and following up with your physicians and support team to assist with you maintaining overall good health & wellness. All residential advocates are certified in administering medications; first-aid; CPR and empathy-based care to attend to these needs. Your health & safety is our priority!
We offer a wide range of services including homemaker personal care, community inclusion, companionship & support. Our team of trained residential advocates will work with you and your support team to create & implement a plan focused on your choices and unique needs.
Looking for alone time or minimal assist w/o having someone directly in your home? Our team is able to provide this service and also if requested be on stand-by if there was an immediate need and more assistance was required. Give us a call to discuss your options!
